♡   OUR HEART

More than movement.
A place to belong.

Habibti (حبيبتي) means “my dear.” It’s more than a beautiful word—it’s the feeling we hope every woman carries when she leaves class.

Seen.Supported.Safe.Strong.

We’re creating a space where women feel safe enough to show up exactly as they are. No comparison. No pressure. Just thoughtful movement, encouraging company, and room to become stronger together.

♡   PRACTICE WITH ME

Intentional sessions.
Room to learn.

These are teacher-in-training practice sessions—not full studio classes. Keeping them personal creates space for care, questions, thoughtful adjustments, and growing confidence together.

Habibti Intention

Looking for more individual attention? Private sessions are arranged directly with Aqdas based on availability.

♡   MEET AQDAS

Care is at the center of how I’m learning to teach.

“Movement has always been important to me—not just for fitness, but for strength, healing, confidence, and community.”

As an RN-BSN with Balanced Body certification pending, Aqdas is learning to observe breath, alignment, control, and the different ways every body moves.

These intimate sessions help her complete her practice hours and grow into the thoughtful instructor she hopes to become. Habibti Pilates is being built one lesson at a time.

♡   BEFORE WE MOVE

A few things to know.

Come exactly as you are. These little details will help your first Habibti Sculpt practice feel calm, comfortable, and cared for.

What should I bring?

Bring your own mat and a pair of grip socks. Those are the only essentials you’ll need to begin.

Is Habibti Sculpt beginner-friendly?

Absolutely. Every woman is encouraged to move at her own pace, ask questions, and choose the version of a movement that feels safest for her body.

What should I wear?

Choose comfortable clothing that lets you move and breathe freely. Grip socks are required for a safer, steadier practice.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes early so there is time to settle in, connect with Aqdas, and begin without feeling rushed.

How long is practice, and where is it?

Each practice is 45 minutes in Palo Alto. Aqdas will personally share the exact location after your booking is confirmed.

Anything I should avoid beforehand?

Try not to eat a heavy meal right before practice. Most importantly, listen to your body, move at your own pace, and stop if anything feels painful or unsafe.

♡   CONNECT WITH AQDAS
